I am a trained registered Yoga Therapist with Yoga Therapy Ireland with many years of practice and teaching experience.
I am continually up skilling my qualifications and have recently completed my Yin training with Bernie Clarke.
My style of yoga is Hatha, strong and slow flow with yin mix, all classes are suitable for beginners and more advanced students.

During our class we practice -

• Asana (poses)
• Meditation
• Breath work
• Relaxation
